Sam Gaydos founded The Growth Lab after graduating from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Marketing and a Finance minor — and watching the marketing industry cling to outdated playbooks while AI quietly changed everything.

He's worked on both the creative and analytics sides of marketing, and believes deeply that AI-powered marketing done right is the single biggest opportunity small businesses in NWA have right now.
